The Bourgogne Vineyard
With slightly more than 40 000 hectares, the Bourgogne vineyard ranks at the 7th place of the French wine-producing areas through its surface.
It produces wines among the most famous in the world. This abundance of an extremely varied country is also found in the quality of the spirits made in Bourgogne.
Along with the traditional Bourgogne Marc, more specialised yields of grape-varieties as the Beaujolais Marc Eau de Vie (exclusive of Bourgogne Alcools), of Chardonnay and Pinot, had grown in those last few years.
