Bourgogne Alcools has known how to preserve all the authenticity of the traditional skill in a modern production method.

The marcs, identified according to their origin, are first distilled by steam as they are, without any addition of other product, in order to protect all their aromatic qualities.

Once “expressed”, the spirits are filtered, put together, and for some of them aged in oak barrels, before being stocked in order to be put on the market.

Those several stages require a skilled labour.
At Bourgogne Alcools, this skill passes on since 1903.
