Pulp, seeds and neutral calcium tartrate

Grape seeds
Two great grape seeds families are produced by Bourgogne Alcools distillery : the fermented dry seeds, intended to
oil production, and non-fermented white seeds for the pharmacology.

Grape pulp “Pulp’Or”
The dried Grape Marc pulp is marketed under the Pulp’Or brand. As a natural product extracted from fruits, it keeps during the whole year and can be used for cattle feeding, or in natural fetilizer form.

Neutral calcium tartrate
The tartrate calcium is a salt used for tartaric acid production. It is naturally contained in grape marc. A concentration and a precipitation done after an extraction solid/liquid allow obtaining crystals. Those crystals are dried to obtain a product free from organic matters. The tartrate calcium becomes then a selected raw material, which goes into numerous products (baking powders, pharmacology, retarding product for concrete).
